The teachers help the students with academic inputs and corporate helps to imbibe the needs of the changing corporate scenario. Keeping these very important aspects of an educational institution, we have a Training & Placement Cell.
The T&P works all through the years towards generating placement and training opportunities for the students. Reputed industrial houses across the country visit our college regularly for the campus recruitment programs .with a view to our objective of 100% employment of our students and to assist students in securing best available jobs, the T&P follow two fold approaches:
- By getting the students prepared for the industry.
- Inviting the companies to the college and acting as an interface between the student and industry by facilitating the selection process of potential employers.
We also conduct pre placement talk for our students of all the batches as a regular feature of their curriculum as Personality Development Program initiated by the cell. This help the students to develop skills like aptitude test , vocabulary test , spoken English, group discussion skills and finally Interview skills.
Facilities made available to the students through T&P:
- Arranging campus interviews for final year students for their recruitment.
- Arranging guest lecturers of eminent personalities from industry for career counseling
- Arranging workshops on different topics
- Co-ordination for industrial visits for the students
- Co-coordinating with different departments for arranging technical seminars
- Arranging PDP, activities including mock interviews, written test and GD.
